Quite simply, the diet most people eat today does not lend itself to get long-term health. Many people eat a diet rich in meat and dairy products, and therefore don’t achieve good health later in life.

The reason that raw food diet is so good for your health is that they contain enzymes, what your body needs to digest its’ food well. Quite simply, the only foods where enzymes are found is raw food because anytime you cook foods, the enzymes are cooked right out of it.

Only way to get enzymes is to eat your food raw and unooked; anytime you can cook food over a certain temperature, the enzymes are cooked out of it. This is why eating at a diet rich in raw food is so good for you.

Most raw food health advocates suggest you eat a diet with about 75% of your food being raw. Another great tip when eating raw food is to eat only raw food in the morning and at night. Quite simply, these times are the times that your body likes best to digest its food and cleanse its’ system.

When you put cooked food in your body, it has to spend that time trying to digest this food, and that’s why often times wake up more tired when you get up then when you went to bed; your body just spent the whole night digesting the cooked food, and had to work extremely hard to achieve this.

When you eat foods without enzymes the body has to manufacture its’ own digestive enzymes to aid in the digestion process because it’s not receiving it through it’s foods; when you get get it through your foods naturally, the body doesn’t have to work nearly as hard.

All people, regardless of their race, age, gender, or nationality instinctively follow the universal laws, whether or not they knew these laws existed at all. These laws have brought forth prosperity, contentment, happiness, and freedom to those who knew how to apply them properly. These laws are the unlisted, unstated, and underestimated laws that govern humankind.

The Universal Laws = Law of Attraction + Law of Vibration + Law of Karma + Law of Gratitude + Law of Allowing + Law of Love.

These laws are very powerful and infinite. They are occurring all over the world, regardless of how people differ in race, ethnicity, gender, and age.

Most Americans know ways to improve their diet, but have trouble following through with healthy choices and habits. Do you find yourself learning about proper nutrition, but discover it difficult to put that knowledge into action? You may frequently read about how to eat “right” in order to promote overall health and weight loss. You know WHAT to do, but have no idea HOW to begin practicing what you know. Often times, HOW we approach nutrition leads us to frustration and confusion.

In order to succeed in the long run, try taking baby steps towards healthy nutrition choices. This allows you to comfortably develop habits for health and weight control, instead of feeling frustrated when you fail at radically changing your eating habits (again).

First, choose what you feel is the most important area you need to address nutritionally. For example, your concern could be a consistent breakfast pattern, appropriate portion control, appropriate meal timing for exercise, or healthier snack choices. Next, ask yourself what one small step you could take at reaching that nutrition goal. Start small, so that a positive change is easy. For example, if you need help developing a consistent breakfast pattern, set out your cereal bowl and box of cereal the night before to help the morning breakfast times go smoother. Or, if your goal is to eat five fruits and vegetables a day and you are eating only one serving, make it your goal to eat at least two servings a day. Allow the two servings to become a habit, and then add a third serving, and so on.

Nutrition goals should be approached in the same way as any goal- long-term and short-term. Determine an overall goal and make a simple plan, with many small, accomplishable goals, so that you are continually motivated towards success. Celebrate each accomplishment and enjoy your journey to good health.
